Contactsurf guarantees its customers product replacement in case the product is defective. The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
In case of later defects, the Customer has the right to contact us with a claim. If the product is defective, the product will be replaced!
In the case of a warranty case:
1. Take a picture of the product so that the model is visible.
2. Take a picture of the barcode.
3 Take a picture of the defect or describe the problem.
4. Send pictures with description and invoice number to info@contactsurf.com
The warranty is not valid if the defect was caused by the following circumstances:
1. The product was not stored in a light and dust-proof package in a horizontal position
2. The product was not stored in the required temperature and humidity conditions (+17 – +25 degrees, 60% RH)
3. Mechanical or other damage was caused to the product or its part (scratches, finger or glue marks, etc.)
4. Dust or some other foreign body has got on the products
5. The product is damaged in some other way
6. Natural wear and tear
The product must be brought to the warranty in the original completeness.
