We care that you feel confident about your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the purchased products for any reason, you have the right to get your money back.

Conditions:

• If the purchased item does not suit you for any reason, you have the opportunity to return the product within 14 days and receive a 100% refund.

• To return the product, please send an e-mail to our customer service with the following information: the product to be returned, the order number and the invoice where the money should be returned, and preferably the reason for returning the product.

• We transfer the money for the returned product to the Customer’s bank account within 14 days from the return of the product.

• The goods to be returned must not be used and must be in the original packaging.

The consumer is obliged to deliver the returned goods to the trader within 14 days from the sending of the withdrawal statement. If the return has not reached the trader within the specified term, the refund can be delayed until the day when the return has reached the trader. The day of receipt of the return is then also the deadline for repayment.
